I went in to recovery mode press F7 then proceed to bios update. After hitting enter to continue, the power cut off as many times before so I thought, well it did not work, good try no cigar, so I change to normal boot from bios recovery and to my surprise the system booted to bios update screen and started to automatically update to 650. The update run through it checks and updated as it should. This was too simple so I double-check the version of bios after it updated and it was 650, so it work.
